• If USPS returns your package due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or other issues, you are responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Stock & Delivery Estimates
• While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, some items may become unavailable without prior notice.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and distance from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, GA.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays and demand.

Damaged Items & Store Credit
• If you receive a damaged item, we offer store credit upon verification.
• To file a claim, text our Customer Care Line at (470) 785-5360 with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief explanation of the issue
3. Clear photo proof of the damaged item
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and free of any modifications (e.g., printing or decoration).
• Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
• We do not modify or change existing orders once placed.
• Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Refunds for canceled orders take 3-10 business days to process.
• We do not offer size, color, or item exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
