Order Processing & Shipping
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except for damaged items (see “Damaged Items & Store Credit” below).
• Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• We exclusively ship via USPS Ground. No alternative shipping services are offered.
• P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. A valid residential or business address is required.
Shipping Liability & Tracking
• Once an order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Shipping carrier liability applies.
• Customers should contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for any delivery issues or claims.
• Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
